摘要:針對電力通信機柜實時狀態監控與管理的復雜性問題,本文提出了一種基于數字孿生技術的可視化解決方案。該方案通過構建與物理機柜高度相似的數字模型,并利用先進的傳感器技術和數據處理算法,能夠實時采集并傳輸機柜的運行狀態數據。利用數字孿生技術可實現對電力通信機柜內部結構和運行狀態的直觀展示,使得管理人員能夠迅速掌握機柜的整體情況和潛在風險。同時,該技術還支持對機柜內設備的遠程監控和配置,大大提高了運維效率。實驗分析結果表明,基于數字孿生技術的電力通信機柜實時狀態可視化技術不僅提高了機柜管理的智能化水平,還有效降低了故障發生率和維修成本。該技術能夠直觀顯示機柜內各類設施的實時數據和狀態信息,并支持多種告警方式,實現了對機柜運行狀態的全面監控和優化管理。

Abstract: In response to the complexity of real-time status monitoring and management of power communication cabinets, a visualization solution based on digital twin technology is proposed. This solution constructs a digital model highly similar to the physical cabinet, using advanced sensor technology and data processing algorithms to collect and transmit the operating status data of the cabinet in real time. The digital twin technology enables intuitive display of the internal structure and operating status of power communication cabinets, allowing managers to quickly grasp the overall situation and potential risks of the cabinets. At the same time, this technology supports remote monitoring and configuration of equipment inside the cabinets, significantly improving the operation and maintenance efficiency. Finally, the experimental analysis results show that the real-time status visualization technology of power communication cabinets based on digital twin technology not only improves the intelligence level of cabinet management but also effectively reduces the occurrence rate of faults and maintenance costs. This technology can visually display real-time data and status information of various facilities inside the cabinets, supports multiple alarm methods, and realizes comprehensive monitoring and optimized management of the cabinet's operating status.
