    核電站改造項目盤臺結構設計及優化
    在某核電站盤臺改造項目中,面對運輸通道及電梯空間限制、地面高度差、設備散熱需求及內部操作不便等核心技術難題,本項目通過一系列設計優化實現了高效改造:針對運輸通道狹窄及電梯尺寸限制,采用分體組裝式設計,既滿足電梯運輸要求,又保障抗震性能;針對主控室地面高度差異,進行底座差異化設計,實現盤臺高度一致;為解決設備散熱問題,在盤臺門板集成強制通風結構,通過工業級靜音風機優化內部散熱環境;針對內置打印機、傳真機操作不便問題,采用快開折疊門設計,減少空間占用并提升操作便捷性。同時,將盤臺操作模式由站姿調整為坐姿,依據人因工程標準進行分析和驗證,驗證結果均符合人體尺寸要求。本項目有效解決了各項技術問題,滿足了核電站抗震、防護及散熱等規范,縮短了施工周期,降低了改造對核電站運行的影響,為同類核電站改造項目提供了可復用的技術方案與實踐經驗。

    Abstract: This article elaborates on the core technical challenges encountered in the console renovation project of a nuclear power plant, including restrictions on transportation channels and elevator space, ground height differences, equipment heat dissipation requirements, and inconvenience in internal operations. Efficient renovation was achieved through a series of design optimizations. To address the narrow transportation channels and elevator size limitations, a split assembly design was adopted, which not only meets the elevator transportation requirements but also ensures seismic performance. In response to the ground height differences in the main control room, a differentiated base design was implemented to achieve consistent panel heights. To solve the problem of equipment heat dissipation, a forced ventilation structure was integrated into the console door panels, and the internal heat dissipation environment was optimized using industrial-grade silent fans. For the inconvenience in operating built-in printers and fax machines, a quick-opening folding door design was adopted to reduce space occupation and improve operational convenience. Meanwhile, the panel operation mode was adjusted from standing to sitting, which was analyzed and verified in accordance with ergonomic standards, and all verification results met the anthropometric requirements. Various

    technical issues have been effectively resolved, meeting the specifications of nuclear power plants regarding seismic resistance, protection, and heat dissipation. This has shortened the construction period, reduced the impact on the operation of the nuclear power plant, and provided reusable technical solutions and practical experience for similar nuclear power plant renovation projects.
